Ingredients

  • 300g vegan mince
  • 6 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 thumb ginger, minced
  • Garlic shoots, 2cm pieces
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 10 dried chillies, cut into pieces
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • Rice

Steps

  1. Clean and cook the rice.
  2. Heat the wok over medium-high. Once hot add oil and vegan mince.
  3. Break mince into small pieces and cook until starting to brown.
  4. Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
  5. Add the cried chilli and cumin seeds and stir for a minute.
  6. Add garlic shoots and cook until vibrant.
  7. Pour in soy sauces and sugar and stir to coat.
