Cumin mince with garlic shoots
Ingredients
- 300g vegan mince
- 6 cloves garlic, diced
- 1 thumb ginger, minced
- Garlic shoots, 2cm pieces
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 10 dried chillies, cut into pieces
- 2 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- Rice
Steps
- Clean and cook the rice.
- Heat the wok over medium-high. Once hot add oil and vegan mince.
- Break mince into small pieces and cook until starting to brown.
- Add the garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant.
- Add the cried chilli and cumin seeds and stir for a minute.
- Add garlic shoots and cook until vibrant.
- Pour in soy sauces and sugar and stir to coat.
