Iced brown sugar shaken espresso
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 2 tbsp water
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 espresso shot
- ¼ cup oat milk
- ½ cup ice
Steps
- In a small sauce pan, add ingredients from sugar to cinnamon on medium to low heat.
- Bring to a simmer, whisking every 30 seconds. Simmer until the syrup thickens, remove from heat.
- Pour the espresso shots and brown sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker.
- Shake for a minute until it is foamy on the top.
- Add in a few cubes of ice and continue shaking for another minute.
- Fill a glass halfway with ice. Add the coffee mixture. Top with milk and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
